Chad Miller

Chad began his real estate career in 1997 working for developer Wes Burnham at Edgewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, FL. There he sold waterfront resale condominiums and pre-construction condominiums at Edgewater Beach Resort, Long Beach Resort, and En Soleil. In 2002, Chad took a real estate management position as Director of Sales at Boardwalk Beach Resort. Here he was responsible for the day to day operations of the real estate firm as he provided the developers with in-depth financial and market analysis. Mary Signor

Mary Signor Mary was born in Panama City Beach, Florida and due to her father’s work has lived in 14 states. As an adult her wanderlust continued when she became a Flight Attendant on both International and Domestic flights. Prior to Mary moving to Sacramento to join her husband-to-be she worked for the Los Angeles Superior Court. After several years in non-profit organizations she Supervised Project Coordinators at Western Contract Furnishers. Mary joined Keller Williams in July of 2003 as a Transaction Coordinator; she became a Real Estate Agent in April of 2004. Her ability to manage multiple files for The Richard Bristow Group makes her a valuable asset to the team.

Ron Hayes

Ron Hays Ron Hayes is a native of California and grew up on the Bay Area Peninsula, In 1990 Ron relocated with is family to Eastern Washington while working in grocery retail management. In 2000 he relocated to Sacramento, after 28 years in retail found himself in Residential Real Estate on 2003. Besides his full time real estate career, Ron enjoys supporting local area charities and high school golf programs. He is active in his church and the Boy Scouts. Ron and his wife Cindy have 3 children, Ryan, Ben and Jackie who keep them both very busy. Ron’s enjoys playing golf, fishing, and working on landscaping around the home. Bob Bristow

Bob Bristow Bob was born in Sacramento in the same hospital as his father, Richard. He created and developed his own successful Internet business while still in high school. He sold it and was scooped up by 2 other major Internet companies as a technical certified Cisco engineer and advisor. Bob recently joined Richard in Real Estate making him the 5th generation of Real Estate Professionals in the family. Bob really enjoys inventing and building. His latest passion is working with metals, creating and fabricating parts for high-tech computer controlled special effects. His creations are used in a Haunted House, which benefits The Sacramento Metro Fire Fighters Association and other charities. Just for Fun Richard, Bob, and Robert created the Holiday House in Carmichael California to entertain and bring some holiday cheer to the locals. With more then 35,000 lights, custom software and hardware, it was an amazing show that will only be topped by the following year.

Richard Bristow

Richard Bristow Richard is a native of Sacramento. He has been happily married for 25 years with 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. He learned the business of building and selling quality homes from his father John Bristow of Lewis and Bristow Builders. He was the broker for Lewis & Bristow Builders for many years before joining Coldwell Banker. He has over 32 years of Real Estate re-sales and new home sales experience in the Sacramento area. He is ranked among the Top Realtors for Northern California. Besides his full time Real Estate career, he enjoys scuba diving. He is an avid pilot and frequently has “fly-in” meetings with other pilots and their wives. His favorite annual destination is Oshkosh, Wisconsin for the air show. One of his greatest joys is being a volunteer pilot for project Angel Flight. Angel Flight provides free transportation to medical treatment for people who cannot afford public transportation or who cannot tolerate public transportation for health reasons.
