Testimonials

With more then 90% of our business attributed from past clients and referrals you can be assured that our clients love what we have done for them. Here are just a few letters from some of our past clients….

Dear Richard,

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent job you did for us in locating and helping us buy our new home. It is easy for Alynn and I to see why you are one of the best, if not the best, real estate agent in this area. We both really appreciate all the work you put in to this project.

Aside from the first-rate professional job you did, you also served as an excellent counselor and friend during the sometimes difficult process. For that, I am personally indebted to you. Once we are organized in our new home, we look forward to having you over for one of Alynn’s excellent Dinners.

Again, thanks.

Very truly yours,
      Philip Wright

Dear Office Manager,

Seldom do we encounter quality service and professionalism today. When we do…we like to let companies know so that the individuals involved are praised, rewarded and appreciated for their performance. Such is the case with Richard Bristow.

We met Richard in 1987 when he was the selling agent for the Oglesby-Poulton home we purchased when we moved to Sacramento. We were so impresses with his professionalism, and his desire to make that extra effort, that we selected home to represent us on the sale of that home and the purchase of our new home.

Our expectations of what Richard would accomplish for us in these transactions were greatly exceeded. He responded timely to our every need and whim. There is no other real estate option for the Spencer’s; we will be represented by Richard Bristow on any future transactions. Please express our appreciation to Richard.

      Kindest regards,
      Aaron and Joan Spencer

Dear Office Manager,

In May of 1994, upon my retirement from University of California, my wife and I decided to invest in property in El Dorado County, for which we contacted a local agent. This necessitated the sale of our house in Sacramento and the area’s top agent was recommended to us. His name is Richard Bristow. I am writing this letter to convey our satisfaction with Richards performance.

In my estimation, Richard Bristow is a highly competent and efficient agent. His knowledge of the local real-estate scene, of market trends, and of sales strategies thoroughly impressed me. His recommendations concerning pricing and prior-to-sale improvements were always judicious and resulted in the ultimate sale of our home, within a very short period. At every step of the way Richard was involved, keeping us informed of other comparable sales in the area, conducting “open house”, suggesting names of contractors for minor repairs, and even dropping by to see that the work was being performed satisfactorily. We have only praise for such conscientiousness.

What really distinguishes Richard, besides his competence in the field, is his sense of professionalism. Being associated myself with profession, I truly appreciated his overall demeanor, appearance, and courtesy. Where other realtors, for instance might dress casually, Richard always sported a suit, lending a sense of dignity and reassurance to the situation.

Selling a home and moving is traumatic, everyone says, and I fully agree. I would not want to do it again. But if I had to do it once more, and circumstances warranted it, I would not hesitate to choose Richard Bristow as my agent, confident that I would be dealing with one of the best in his profession.

Sincerely,
Gerald Herman, Ph.D.
