In May of 1994, upon my retirement from University of California, my wife and I decided to invest in property in El Dorado County, for which we contacted a local agent. In my estimation, Richard Bristow is a highly competent and efficient agent. His knowledge of the local real-estate scene, of market trends, and of sales strategies thoroughly impressed me.
