A. Yes. We do not obtain title insurance on all properties we acquire. We research public records for everything we buy, but do not warranty title in the event a flaw is missed or not found through public archives. Often, our properties are sold to us with title insurance, and if a defect is found we can have it corrected. It is the option and responsibility of our buyers to obtain title insurance.
