A. We can’t tell you exactly where we buy our properties. This information is proprietary. We can say that many are bank or tax foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, estate settlements, etc. We are real estate wholesalers. We price the properties to sell fast, and leave equity available for our buyers should they wish to resell. Our success is in the volume of properties we sell. We want you to buy again and again from us.
