How long does it take to get my deed? |

A. In most cases, you will have a copy of your recorded deed within 2 weeks. When we prepare and send out your deed for recording, we are not able to control how or when clerks are able to process the paperwork. Sometimes, recording policies, costs, or procedures are changed without notice and your deeds may be returned to us for correction. In these cases, we will notify you of the delay and make every effort to return the deeds quickly.
